They were awesome, very competitive in price, and completed my installation cleanly and professionally. The installation was well done with the latest technology and county code compliant.
Upon completion of a super clean install, they ensured that I had all my warranty paperwork. Furthermore, they went out of their way to ensure I understood how all the components of my A/C worked, the cautions of my high-tech A/C unit, and how they were covered by the warranty. They even assisted me in registering my new A/C unit, thermostat, and other components of my system.

I was in the market to purchase a new HVAC system. I researched and got about 10 quotes from different AC companies. It took me a several months before I decided who to go with. I chose S&S cooling and heating for several reasons. Kenny always answered my questions in a very timely manner. He would even take the time out to explain to me the pros and cons of something I was considering. If there was something he wasn’t sure of he would research it and get back with me. I felt he was always honest with me and never tried to pressure me into anything. I looked at their history in the industry and both Kenny and Kevin has been in the HVAC system for 15 to 20 yrs. I feel they are in business to help those that need their services and of course make a decent living for their family but not to rob people. They started this business a year and half ago and I want to be able to help them grow their business. Both Kenny and Kevin are proficient in what they do, they are honest, dependable and very efficient.
